This is pretty clearly a video/graphics issue, from those logs.
When starting a game with a nvidia geforce 940mx - a black screen. When starting with a discrete video card - everything is ok.
This machine's discrete video card is the nVidia one. It also has an integrated Intel HD Graphics 630 system, is that what you mean? Because the game is supported on nVidia but not Intel video ... !

The other issue here is of course Windows 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB , which none of our games are tested on. Not sure if that might be contributing to this problem or not!

In any case you might try updating that nVidia driver to a 2021 version:

Yes. And when I run on Intel grafic the game starts and works (very bad, of course).

tried (

Can we see new copies of those files please?

No new clues in there, unfortunately. If you run the Windows Update app, does it find anything to install? If so please do that and reboot.

If that doesn't do it, I can only assume this is something in the unusual Windows 10 edition you have, to do with handling graphics.
