One line summary of your issue
adjusting armor values often leaves mechs with errors

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When you select to max your mechs armor values it increases all values by 1 point until it maxes out weight. However, when you manually adjust armor values it adds or subtracts armor points to the nearest multiple of 5. When this happens you will often be unable to top off your mechs weight with armor points as you will end up being .01 or .02 tons overweight, and reducing armor will leave you again .01 or .02 tons underweight. Any time you take that battlemech into a mission you will be reminded that your underweight. This is especially irritating as when you select the max armor button, the game averages all armor values evenly across the board. This often under armors significant parts like your legs and arms, and over armors other parts like rear armor.

Steps to reproduce the issue
1: pick any mech
2: select refit
3: select max armor button
4: find a mech part that has an armor value that is not a multiple of 5
5: reduce that armor value by 1 click
6: attempt to increase any other parts armor by 1 click, or increase the original parts armor by 1 click.
