Hi
If seen quite unexpected behavior when shipping troops. It happened to me multiple times now that I lost my army on my ships.
Not quite sure what happens exactly, my best recreation for the conditions are as follows:
All my transfers had a month jump in it, not sure if that is also a precondition.
Since I only play it in iron man, I don't know if this happens in normal too.
I have seen it while playing different nations now.
I also play with all the expansions, no mods used.
I'm on v1.31.5.2 but I've seen it occur in previous versions of 1.31 too.
I don't think this is the intended behavior and quite frankly causes some frustration especially in the early game.
Hopefully, this helps to eliminate this annoyance or at least helps other players getting the same frustration.
Best regards,
McMcGrey

Not quite sure what happens exactly, my best recreation for the conditions are as follows:
- Attach a manpower army to a mercenary company (!not the other way around !)
- Have a transport fleet that is not big enough so that the army needs to be transported via multiple trips (for example 4k mercenaries 12k manpower army and only 10 cogs)
- Auto transport by moving the mercenary army to another location.
- On arrival, the mercenaries are transported but the manpower units are lost completely (might be on departure have not paid close attention to the exact time here)
