Hi! Does the Galactic community law to improve worker happiness, output + political power boost with slaves?
Are worker rights giving bonuses to slaves?

Not anymore. That was one of the major changes to the meta of min max builds that came with 3.0. The slaver technocracy with the shattered ring origin, for example, is a lot worse than it used to be in 2.8. As a rule of thumb from now on, the bonuses to specific strata of pops (eg specialists) applies to that strata regardless of living standards and pop freedom.
I'm confused. First thing you say is no, but at the end you say it applies to strata regardless of living standard. So slaves do get the worker output bonus?
No they don't. A slave in the specialist starta receives the specialist bonuses I'm pretty sure
But I usually have worker slaves. That's the strata I mean. The law says it improves worker output.
