I primed the infiltrate operations center operation but I don't see an option to launch it.

Steps to reproduce the issue
I primed and launched the Infiltrate operations center operation after unlocking it.

Nevermind, figured it out. The interface was scaled up too large so the launch now and cancel options were offscreen.
