For now the game has been released in the Epic Games store and in Steam and this will likely continue to be the case at least until we have fully released the game out of Early Access. Can't say anything with 100% certainty, but at least for now the chances are quite slim.

I will wait for the game leaving early access, then buy it. If by then it is not available on Gog yet, well Steam there we go.
