All DLC Disappeared

I Redownloaded Stellaris for the first time in a while and all my DLC are gone (Nemesis, Utopia, Apocalypse, Ancient Relics, and Federations). Any way to get my DLC back because I am not paying again for them?

I take it this is not the Steam edition, as I see you only appear to own HOI4 there?

Is it perhaps on Gamepass, or the Xbox console?

Yes sorry I should have been more specific. It is the gamepass version of Stellaris. Is this a problem I should take up with Microsoft?

Through more research I have fixed the issue
