Description​

I have 4 Cn's in South America,
New Mali (Brazil)
New Sahel(La Plata)
New Kongo(Peru)
New Maghreb(Colombia)

My New Maghreb has their capital in Talamanca (prov ID 4597)
as it was my last CN to form and their capital spawned in the last province i colonized(talamanca)
Wich is just at the Border of "South America"

Completely blocking out the achievement

Steps to reproduce​

Colonize from panama and northwards and have the last province you colonize be in Talamanca, or any other province in the colombia colonial region north of Guayami before you have 5 full ones to form a CN

Completely blocking out the achievement

You are not blocked out. You could for example grant independence to your CN and conquer 5 provinces in the south american part of colombia to spawn a new CN. Or you could make your CN lose its provinces in north america. Or you could annex a country which owns a CN in south america to that you get their CNs. That could even be a vassal of you which you fed provinces in south america so that they spawn a CN.
