Meh, I seriously doubt I will be able to achieve my goals at all. The game is half over, I'm barely clinging to seventh place, and I am in no position to fight badboy wars. *sigh*

I think, that I am going to count satellites as part of the Empire, most likely in the form of Argentina and Mexico. I just don't think I will have the time to get to them.
Umm, I hate to say this guys, but it looks like Vicky got the hiccups. It won't let me load either my Spain game or my USA game, so it looks like this is pretty much dead unfortunately...
