It's also punishing psionic with 1 traditon tree taxed (very early diplo), zro taxed thus make them to rely on even more rng and finally locked them into holy covenant federation which is pretty trash all thing considered outside of this very late and might not even be usable at all edict.

All thing consider the beta is, punishing psionic the patch.
