Playing as a Xenophile/Spiritualist/Egalitarian empire.
Roughly 10 years after it was adopted, the "Greater than Ourselves" resolution suddenly decided to arbitrarily punish me for a policy I cannot possibly change, unless I decide against better judgment to become authoritarian or xenophobe and destroy my empire altogether in the process.

Intentional. Thete are resolutions which are meant to punish several empire types and u have to prevent at any cost if u play them. U cannot afford to ignore the galactic community, else such stuff can happen.
