Outliner should have a "Megastructures" section.

I suggest creating a Megastructures partition. Let it list all the megastructures that are being built, already built, destroyed or inactive, with the ability to go to the appropriate place in the galaxy (and in the system).



For the gate, it is better to make a separate section.

A separate section for megastructures is useful - you can quickly see what you can improve or activate, and where it is located (especially important in wartime to adjust your defense plans and protect a system that has a megastructure, for example).

Yes. Some way at all to locate your own mega-structures would be ideal. Currently you have to scroll around the galaxy map and find the icons.
