I bought the first 2 dlc packs, they worked for 2 days. Tried to play today and it said I didn’t have any dlc, even though my Xbox says I have them installed. I have restarted the game, Xbox, uninstalled and reinstalled dlc. Still just tells me to go to Microsoft store. Please tell me I didn’t just spend $50 just for a technical oopsie to erase it.

Do these items show in your Xbox online as you owning them still?
If so, please try this:
- uninstall the game from the XBox
- clear the XBox cache and game files (save game data)
Clearing Cache and Deleting Files on a PlayStation, Xbox, or PC
- install the game again an dtest BEFORE restoring any saved games
