On the hotfix day the game started lagging for me so I reinstalled. But it didn't help and the day after, the game didn't even start via launcher. Sometimes I can start it directly but most of the time it’s stuck on loading screen.
I tried a clean reinstall of the game and the launcher, checked my drivers, disable and whitelisted ck3 in my antivirus program and tried an older patch. But even the older patch doesn’t change anything.

I've never seen anything like this:
[17:23:44][pdx_data_factory.cpp:912]: Could not find data system function 'Linie'
[17:23:44][pdx_data_factory.cpp:697]: Failed converting statement for 'Linie'
and frankly have no idea what could cause that.

Did your clean reinstall look like this?
- move any valued save games elsewhere
- "uninstall" in Steam-CK3
- manually delete both the Steam/SteamApps/common/CK3 AND Documents/Paradox/CK3 folders
- re-install game in Steam, run a Steam Verify when done.
- add CK3.exe to the exceptions list of your antivirus app; ESPECIALLY if you have Windows Defender, add it to the Ransomware "Apps Allowed Through" list.
- start the game with no mods active and test

In particular make sure there are no files or folders left under either the Steam CK3 or Documents CK3 locations, before installing again.

Did your clean reinstall look like this?
yep I did it 2 times.
I managed to run the game this morning without launcher, so now I have more errors if that helps.

I subscribed to the barber shop mod but I never activated it.
I even reinstalled windows today. I can now start the game through launcher but it is still lagging ingame.
Can we get new copies of all those files please, since the reinstall?

I wonder if that's an autosave issue then. If you ever move it back try disabling autosaves OR saving to cloud only.
