Crash on launch ( Failed To Create Render Backend )

Anyone got a fix for the "Failed to create render backend" error? Tried launching windows,fullscreen, with v-sync, without v-sync no difference.

• Verify integrity of your game files on Steam.
• Update your drivers, and make sure it's the latest version
• Update your Windows OS. and make sure it's the latest version

I have a similar issue, but with no error message, it start to launch the game and crashes.
Maybe it's because in the launcher no monitor is detected, in the Screen selector says: (0) 0
I believe no monitor is detected

I'm playing the XBox Game Pass version

Updating my Radeon drivers 20.8.2 to 20.8.3 beta drivers fixed the issue,
