How about event HAB 179022 the treaty of Campoformio in which historically Austria cedes their part of the Netherlands to France?
This is very late in the game. I don't know. Maybe we could do as we already decided in the past. The dissolution of HRE by event with FRA_3790 The French Gamble for Supremacy. But I don't think we need FRA vassalizing RUS and PRU.

A proper event checking Napoleon emperor (Napoléon Ier) and HAB vassal of FRA could be the trigger.

I'd suggest creating a separate event for the Peace of Westphalia as that is one of the most important historical events of the period. Obviously the event should only fire provided certain conditions are met (HOL exists, etc.). In WAGCEEP, I think I will also make use of such an event to create Dutch culture.

The peace of Westphalia already has two events for FRA 170016 and 170015. Münster is the town in Westphalia in which the treaty was signed.

It already exists for the Netherlands. Check my posts #19 and #29 in the Netherlands & Low Coutries thread.

Artois starts already as HRE province but I think they became part of HRE after the treaty of Senlis in 1493:

Maximilian had managed to consolidate Habsburg rule and soon gained ground against France when the war recommenced. Since Charles was preparing a campaign in Italy, he admitted that he had lost his right to the dowry and ceded the provinces back to Burgundy in the Treaty of Senlis in 1493. IMO in 1493 FRA only acknowledged that they were part of the HRE - but Maximilian claimed them already right after the death of the last burgundian ruler.
So if we let Artois start with hre = no then they should become part of the HRE in 1477 OR already in any of the ahistorical events in which BUR gains the crown of a king within the Empire from the emperor.

EDIT: Should be "Flanders" or "Flandern"?

In the events we have "Flanders" and sometimes "Flandres" but in province.txt we have:

Flandern would be the name in german.

Second case: Provence

Provence starts in agceep as non hre province.

Provence was effectively HRE province even if no more tied to the HRE, but with the new ftg engine, why not?

So when France inherits or has claims, Provence leaves the hre.

He reconciled with René two years later, and the Duchies were restored - probably on condition that Louis should have them on René's death. Moreover, in 1481 before dying, the childless René's nephew Charles III of Maine and Provence bequeathed to his cousin King Louis XI of France the rights over the County of Provence, at that time the last dominion of the house of Anjou. Despite our legitimate right of suzerainty over those lands the will of Charles hasn't still been formally acknowledged...

I think I am going to remove my suggestion for FRA_170033 in post # 51.

France cannot choose the status of Province, if she still doesn't own this province. It's the same reason for the removal of the change in FRA_170202 for a not owned Lorraine.

However I'll include Provence in my suggestions to modify event 103 about the Edict of Tolerance in Germany and Austria thread if FRA_3323 didn't fire.

I still think that Artois, as it is in the map (vanilla or wagceep), should be given to HRE with the Senlis event in action A and again (in case this event didn't fire) with the peaces of Madrid, Cambrai, Crepy and Cateau-Cambresis as it was suggested for Flanders.
So the HRE acknowledgment of Artois is not to be included in the event about the marriage of Mary.

As per description in FRA_170000

In order to be able to marry Anne of Brittany and win Brittany for the French crown, Charles VIII dissolved his betrothal to Margarete of Austria, thus violating the terms of the Peace of Arras in 1482 that had assigned Artois and Franche-Comté to France as dowry of Margarete.

That is, if I haven't confused: FC start as HRE fief only, then in 1482 FC becomes French fief, then in 1493 both Artois and FC become HRE fief.

In terms of agceep game, if both 1482 (BUR_137012) and 1493 (FRA_170000) events don't fire, fon any reason, there is no issue. But if only one of them fires or fires with ahistorical action B, we need to restore the historical path with the historical events scripted for the Italian Wars.

That is Artois and FC would become HRE fiefs in the event dealing with the peaces of Madrid, Cambrai, Crepy and Cateau-Cambresis as suggested in post #51.

EDIT:
FC would become HRE province with FRA_170159 action A too. That is the event about the "neutrality of FC".

Here is an interesting map to explain all things.

Since Burgundy is always in difficulty with France being more aggressive than historical France, when dealing with Artois and Franche Comté, I think we could improve the trigger in 137012 to test both BUR or Fra owning Artois and FC.

As it is now the event only checks if BUR owns them. Since an historical BUR (flag = Habsburg) still has cores on them I would suggest that this event could check FRA being the current alternative owner.

That should mean: with this event BUR acknwoledges FRA possessions with the removal of national cores.

In the administration of the County of Burgundy (Franche-Comté) Margarete of Austria could rely upon the support of the Savoyard Mercurino da Gattinara, soon to be personal advisor of Charles V. In 1512 when the French troops were routed from Italy by the Swiss mercenaries in their retaking of Milan, Mercurino managed to stipulate an agreement with Louis XII, King of France, with which the county of Burgundy was to be considered as Burgundian imperial fief and 'neutralized territory' during war times. The treaty, whose terms were guaranteed by the Swiss, was reconfirmed by the new French King François Ier in 1522, thus avoiding Franche-Comté from being ravaged during the Italian Wars.

after having many issues with analomies of peace deals between ENG and DAU / FRA , I think changes below are required , they are both historical and a fix ( it seems to be a fix with my tests)

Coronation date is historical
atwar is a fix to prevent scqewed warscore results after EHG war DAu and then DAU becomes FRA while war still goes on.

Most likely this will be challenged cause its me and also because they do not know the issue

after having many issues with analomies of peace deals between ENG and DAU / FRA , I think changes below are required , they are both historical and a fix ( it seems to be a fix with my tests)

Coronation date is historical
atwar is a fix to prevent scqewed warscore results after EHG war DAu and then DAU becomes FRA while war still goes on.

Most likely this will be challenged cause its me and also because they do not know the issue

...

Please use code to make events better readable.

The Dauphine was crowned while the war against England still lasted and Paris was still held controlled by his opponents so waiting to be at peace does not make historical sense.

What "skewered warscore results" do you mean? How has the warscore changed in your games when DAU became FRA?
How was the warscore before the change of DAU to FRA? How was it after the change? Do you have a savegame of that game uploaded somewhere to see if somone else can confirm the results?

However despite you seeming to suspect being opposed simply because it´s you I agree on the change of date from the 1st january to the 17th of july ;-)

I already supplied you details up to 6 weeks ago, you never replied

the issue is that regardless of whatever ENG holds and their warscore against DAU at that point in time. the situation changes completly after FRA emerges and within 2 months, regardless of what ENG own or control, ENG concede defeat and give all their french lands away.

It seems more like we need to figure out what is happening with the warscore and not this ahistorical fix. Also, this mod is out for 1.2. While it is important to keep out an eye out towards 1.3, that's something that should be kept in mind.

If I never observe such an anomalous war result, I'm never going to fix it (if indeed there is something to fix). And I have not yet observed it.

To my understanding you *guessed* that there was a connection between several events of FRA and now DAU to turn FRA that would influence the warscore in the war against ENG and that causes in your game that ENG cedes lots of provinces.

But you never uploaded a savegame so that someone could check the values in the game, e.g. how the warscore would have changed from DAU becoming FRA.

And you never even cited concrete data by e.g. loading as DAU, noting what warscore they have (and how it was composed), then having them turn FRA and noting again what warscore they have.

this is the only advice you gave me

ENG does not loose any cores until 1430.

How much warscore is it to concede 6 to 7 provinces plus 856 ducats for peace?

warscore against DAU was +21

All wars start early to mid 1427, if they finish before JAN 1429, then there is no issue.

There is no event ( as I never found one ) its basically game play, but somewhere after forming FRA the DAu warscore is reversed or starts again or is multiplied differently.

I have not placed above any examples where ENG stuggled against DAU as its irrelevant
