The information I am using for the OOB for the Socialist Federative Republic of Yugoslavia is from just before the collapse of Yugoslavia, which poses a few problems. Mainly, many/most units will be comprised of various ethnicities and units won't be intact after the fragmentation and mass defections/desertions.

How should I account for this in writing the OOB?
