It starts in june IIRC 1991 and the plot is the Yugoslav War and it's self destroying.

Now I need some help:
Novi Zagreb should of course be a urban province.
I have made it to that but now I need a good picture for it.
What do you think is the better one, this building it should be if you ask me?

I have no idea where all of the gfx comes from, by asking the permission from everybody lwe are sure to not get problems.

Alright but how did you define the level they get? Your thoughts or ton of cargo that is transported? Also what should Beograd have?

Beograd 10 well because of cityes. larger city/ higer level.
