When it starts the menu works but when I go to a sandbox the Game comes with a black screen and it turns off
Are you getting any error messages?
If I recall correctly, CIM2 creates logs too. Check Steam\steamapps\common\Cities in Motion 2\ for a output_log or crash log. Also, what are your system specs?

The issue has been fixed slightly but my problem is how the game freezes randomly why playing and sometimes it closes
