Depends what type of "inaccuracy" you refer to, i'd guess.

I'd just report it in CK3 bug reports to be honest. CK2 is never getting another bugfix.
It's a minor family tree error.
The error in the family tree of an unlanded character in 769 in CK2 from whom I happen to be directly descended (the Ibrahim at the bottom of screenshot 1).
This same error has made it to CK3 (see sceenshot 2), but none of the characters is playable in CK3 yet.
The problem is that there was no Husayn son of Hasan son of Ali, instead the Ibrahim with the arrow on him is Ibrahim son of Hasan son of Hasan son of Ali.
I think the error came from that Husayn son of Ali had a daughter (Fatima) who was the wife of Hasan son of Hasan son of Ali, who was also the mother of Ibrahim and Abdullah.
