When a capital province is captured in a siege, who gets the knowledge of their discoveries, the siege leader, the country which gets control, or everyone involved in the siege?

Just the country that gets control, and only if the occupied country is not pagan (or any other religion that is marked as "reveal_map = no" in religions.txt).
