Okay this is my first Victoria 2 game that ive accually done good in after a few false starts. Im playing as Japan and I have westernized and made korea and some other little south asiain country(forget the name) part of my empire. What are some good goals, and how should I acheice these goals?

(2) Reach #1 industrial score. Improve literacy, research factory techs, and promote craftsmen.

(4) Get the world's best navy, spam dreadnoughts, then blockade the UK in and steal all their colonies.

Conquer China! If they're still uncivilised, it should be easy enough to do (if you have the troops for it).
