It means I forgot to edit the "21:00" bit of that.
So yeah, the deadline is at 10:00 GMT, or 11:00 CET (my timezone).
Also, note that I changed the "when does a vote still count" rule to match my usual ruleset - it counts if it is BEFORE the deadline. Votes AT the deadline (11:00 CET) will not count.

Yes. This thread is moving a tad fast right now, so I missed those two votes. Also, I'll edit in the nonvoters in a second.
But note that that count will only be accurate as of the time of posting, later votes will be added to new counts, if I feel like doing them
