weird problem with ic 1.04rc2

i load darkest hour and darkest hour 1.04. I then load ic and ic 1.04rc1 everything is fine.

I load ic 1.04 rc2 and the interior of Africa goes black, as does the interior of several other places.

This cant be normal can it?

I can speculate that this has been done to prevent AI divisions moving into provinces with 0% infrastructure.

...and to create bottlenecks and defendible provinces such as El Alamein. Not a bad Idea, but black was a bad choice IMO. It looks broken / Beta
