Hi guys! Looking for some help in this peculiar thing going on in my game...

> Installed as recommended (AoD + Patch 1.10 + IC 1.00 + Patch 1.04RC2)

> Start new game 1933 with Italy

> Release puppets ASAP (Lybia and Erythrea)... but then the really weird thing comes:

I CAN'T GIVE THEM BLUEPRINTS WHEN I OPEN NEGOTIATIONS! I can even give Divisions or Provinces, but Blueprints stays disabled in the negotiation screen.

Just to try something different, I declared war on San Marino, anexed, then puppeted them... and I CAN GIVE THEM BLUEPRINTS, normally...

Then again, just to see what happens if... start new game 1933 with Japan... release Formosa... same thing, can't give blueprints.

Apparently the problem lies in the puppets you can release as soon as the game starts. By conquest, it works with no problems.

Anyone has any ideas?

Realised my stupidity. No need to reply:

When you release the puppet, probably all your current techs go with them. Gonna test this theory right away, but it's gotta be it.

If it is, will put in my To Do List: tattoo 'noob' in forehead 10/10.
