Playing as Allies (UK or US), Germany is usually beatened... But Vichy didn't join Axis or didn't join the war, as Allies, we cannot declare war on Vichy France easily...

so, how can we install France in her original location, not half occuppied by Vichy France?
 
As far as I know there are 3 ways for this
Wait for an event after the borders redraw, in 1944 something like ~end of Vichy France~ event.
or as americans dow Vichy. I think theres an event ~Darlan~ something and ~Operation Torch~ for that.
or force event 997 or 983 (cant remember) via console.
Im not used to major powers except Germany sorry. I play micros mostly.
