Hello,

I have some form of unspecified sound issue with my Mount and Blade game. Recently just DLed it back from steam to play some mods. However, the weird thing is that whether I switch on the native module or some other mod module. There is no sound beyond the opening company intro you see when you launch the game. I've been trying all ways to fix this but it doesn't work, this is strange since the game USED to work fine for me.

Hi Kokuto,

Sorry for my late reply.

Could you post a DxDiag?

* Open your Start menu
* Type "dxdiag" in the search field (without quotes)
* Open the dxdiag program
* A window called "DirectX Diagnostic Tool" should pop up now
* At the bottom right-hand side, click on "Save all information"
* Save it to a place where you can find it easily, for example your desktop
* Open the file and copy and paste the text between [NOPARSE]
Code:
[/NOPARSE]
tags

You can copy the line below and paste the text between the yellow tags
Code:
[COLOR="#FFD700"][NOPARSE][CODE][/NOPARSE][/COLOR]paste text here...[COLOR="#FFD700"][NOPARSE]
[/NOPARSE][/COLOR][/CODE]

Also, where do you have the game installed? (As you use Steam, on what location is Steam installed and do you make use of the Steam libraries?)
