Appears to happen randomly (I see it the second time). Don't remember what I did the first time (Thought I accidently pressed a "bad" button), but for the second time it was like this:- Click the Park menu (not each time)

I pressed any keyboard key, there is still no UI (see attached screenshot). Only way to get it back is to restart the game.Note that is really only the UI that disappears, the game still seems to be properly running. I still can place the last selected building. Also it is possible to move around the map.
However, stuff like quicksave (F5) is not properly working. Thus my attached save is pretty old and was done the day before... Meaning I cannot upload a savefile with this issue present. Also I don't think this issue is related to the save as it appeard the first time in my other town.
