In a previous thread I stated that I had trouble adding a character to the game. I successfully managed to do it, However some characters have disappeared from the game. I haven't added every culture yet but even though I have all the german characters but some of them such as Ludwig the German have disappeared, even though I copy and pasted from the game's German.txt. The Special Characters (Foreign Letters) also disappeared for the characters but not the counties. Is there any way to fix this?

Why are you overriding the entire folder? That means the game won't load the game's own character history, only what's in your mod.
Another reason for missing characters would be mismatched brackets, resulting in the game not loading anything after the mismatched brackets.
