***The Picture Pack + Download***
Good morning folks,
It is my duty to announce that the upcoming patches won't include graphics anymore, so no new pictures or propaganda posters or sprites. Obviously, a number of users found the patch sizes too big.
But! NO MOURNING! Paradox wouldn't be Paradox if they hadn't done something. So yes! From now on I will, in coorporation with the guys in the Leadermod Thread, put up picture packs for leaders and ministers, together with the appropriate minister and leader files. Propaganda posters will also be included.
So this is how this goes:
1) I will at occasional intervals upload a picture pack here. You can download it and unzip it in your main HOI directory. Then let it overwrite.
2) Whenever a new pack is up, I will post a message in this thread to announce it and the download in the first post will be updated. So these packs will be backward compatible, you'll only need the last one.
Note though that you download this at your own free will. In order to play the game, you don't *need* these files, but for extra flavour, more pics and more leaders/ministers, it's always cool
This is not an official download, keep that in mind. It's a bunch of files that would have been official if it hasn't been for size matters. All files are tested and work correctly.

The pack up to here includes:
- 3018 new pictures for leaders and ministers from around the globe that were not in 1.05, 1.05b or 1.05c
- Updated and expanded leaderfiles for lots of countries that were not in 1.05, 1.05b or 1.05c.
- We now have full pic files for all major countries + a big host of minors... So no more blank spots when playing United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Japan, Soviet Union, France,...
- Introduced first draft of election changes. It will allow countries to switch governments more often thus simulating coups.
- Propaganda posters for Bhutan, Bolivia, Bulgaria, Costa Rica, Denmark, Ecuador, Germany, Guatemala, Haiti, Iraq, Italy, Luxembourg, Manchukwo, Mongolia, Nicaragua, Portugal, Romania, South Africa, El Salvador, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, Siam, Slovakia, Republican Spain, Tannu Tuva, Tibet, Turkey, Uruguay, Venezuela & Yemen.
