This is - indeed - WAD.Ok, thats understandable . I found another: the 'basic air transport' tech decreases air supply efficiency although the following ones increase it (could be WAD too I suppose, I'm just taking a guess here ).
well i think you need to remove aod completly and re install it...then place the mod gaga folder inside the aod folder then re direct the shortcut to the mod gaga folder...
