Sometimes, not all the time, when I try to take over another nations territory, it will show the % control with the wrong flag (the flag of the owner, and not my flag). The % will reach it's upper limit and reset, starting the conquering process again. Most recently Hannover vs Prussia in Grand Campaign. I conquered one territory but all the others have my troops there, show control flames, show the wrong % control flag, and the % resets once it hits 100 to 0 and increases again.
