Hello all, there is any file to complete all provinces to conquer and colonize?
Those provinces are terra incognita for good reason. No european army of the time would be able to survive and conquer those provinces with the technology of the time. And even exploring the areas, e.g. the inner parts of Africa took long after 1820 to be completed.
