How do i level up in tech the best way? I have the feeling i always fall behind After some time. And also what tech is good to focus on. For instance, i mostly play countrys that are land focused, what is best to invest with them. (Currently playing Aytthaya)

Any player who recklessly expands will face always rising technology costs due to a lot of causes (e.g. more provinces). The old EU2 economy FAQ gives some insight what cause techcost to rise
