Description
SLI causes poor performance

What is your game version?
227.923

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I started the game and it felt really sluggish. I enabled the option and found the framerate hovering around 22 FPS. Switching around video options made it pop up to 142 FPS (near the expected 144 FPS of my G-SYNC monitor) until it would inexplicably drop to 22 FPS again.

I quit the game, went into the NVIDIA Control Panel, added an override for Surviving Mars, and disabled SLI. I opened Surviving Mars again, framerates were steadily >140 FPS.

Can you replicate the issue?
1. Have a computer with two video cards configured for SLI. (Mine has 2x GTX 1080 Ti.)
2. Start the game, enable FPS counter, note poor performance. Quit the game.
3. Disable SLI.
4. Start the game, note good performance.
