Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The AI Hivemind Stormrideran Collective can instantly assimilate pops they've previously made a template for that possesses Hive-Minded by applying said template on pops that do not possess hive-minded. This happens do be doubly impossible because said template also possesses Cyborg, which, like Hive-Minded, is not a trait that can be applied via gene-modding. I am unsure if this is a bug related to the Cyborg ascension for Hiveminds or the Hiveminds in general, however, a different hive mind conquered the same empire that the first Hive has been instantly assimilating and only assimilated 6 pops at the end of the year, which is the intended behavior. It also happens to be the first 6 pops of said species they assimilated, so they most likely do not have a Hive-Minded template to apply, otherwise I assume they'd have instantly assimilated the entire planet as well. The picture with Hive-Minded + Cyborg is the pops after being assimilated in a month, the other is the pops before assimilation. As seen, the Hive is adding Hive-Minded, Cyborg and 2 other traits at the same time.

Addendun: After further observation, the second Hive mentioned earlier in the post was seen REMOVING hive-minded via gene-modding from 6 other pops, so it seems to be a bug with Hive AI in general being able to apply invalid templates to pops. Unsure if other AI can add/remove other invalid gene-modding traits, such as Psychic or Bloomed, using said bug, but it is likely.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Step 1: Let the AI Hivemind in question conquer a new world
Step 2: Watch the pops they're assimilating
Step 3: Wait for them to assimilate the first group of pops
Step 4: After a month passes, they instantly assimilate any amount of pops in a planet at the same time because they applied a template instead of going through the normal process
