Then go to C:/users/<UserName>/Documents/Paradox Interactive/Age of Wonders Planetfall/logs/ and attach here the latest game log file.

From C:/users/<UserName>/Documents/Paradox Interactive/Age of Wonders Planetfall/Config/ please attach here settings.cfg

There's a problem with from the start:

Then I don't know what the problem could be, maybe a Steam issue.

Make a new Windows user on this computer and log into it with that. Do you still get the same problem?
