Sphere questions

1) If I bring a tropical wood country to my sphere, this means that I'll be the first one to buy their tropical wood? If I need all of it, I'll buy all of it?
2) If I'm #1 prestige, and #5 overall, this means that I'll buy goods first from the world market, even from sphereings of another GP?
3) My sphereings will buy stuff from me first or from the world market?

1. Yes, you will get first dibs on any Tropical Wood that your sphereling produces, and you can potentially buy all of it if your demand is that high

2. No. You will buy your demanded goods from your spherelings first, then from the World Market. Being #1 in prestige means you get first dibs on whatever makes it to the World Market, but the sphere-owner will always get to buy from its sphereling first, regardless of prestige level. As #1 in prestige, you just get first dibs on whatever the sphereling hasn't sold to its sphere-master, since only the remainder makes it to the World Market.

3. Your spherelings will buy their demand from you first.

Rules 1 and 3 is why putting China in your sphere is so powerful - you get a huge amount of raw material available for your own country because of the extremely productive RGOs in China, and you get a huge market to sell all your manufactured goods because of the extremely populous provinces in China.

Thanks for the answers, and there is one more: my pop's will be the first to buy from my internal market, or the sphereings?

Who's the first to buy: is that gov > ind > pops?

I believe it's gov > ind > pops post 1.3. Your pop always buys/sells first, then sphere, finally global.
