- Revolt command now picks provinces based on rebel faction's triggers, if province is randomized and rebel faction is specified.
- Add "required = no" flag for event commands, to be used in random events. If required = no, then the random event may be allowed to fire even if the command is invalid. Ordinarily, invalid commands act as failed triggers for random events.
- Add "manpower = <value>" trigger.
- Add month trigger
- Add day trigger
- Add num_of_goods trigger
- Add num_of_buildings trigger
- Add "where = neighbour" for provinces and countries
- Add "where = coastal" for provinces
- Combat die roll is now two averaged dice, which leads to fewer outliers.
- Add "free" command, like independence but without vassalization
- Make the flag trigger work on global flags if given an integer parameter
