How did you get the intervention request to fire in 1936? Afaik Italy needs to sign the pact of Steel which happens in late 1937 the earliest.
It's an alternate timeline. The existence of the Draka cause some events to happen earlier,

We've increased aircraft production because we keep getting bombed by the British and Soviets.
Soviet bombers take a heavy toll on our forces.
Fierce enemy resistance continues at Cernauti.
On a more positive note, we've reached Vitebsk in the north.

We've reached Tallinn in the North.
We've penetrated through to Smolensk in the Centre.
Our troops have finally reached Kiiv in the South.
The Soviets have a concentration of Armor at Horki. They are putting up a strong resistance.
The pocket at Cernauti has finally been eliminated. The long battle has exhausted our troops.
