This concept of destroying one's own infrastructure is really really annoying.

So many times I have accidentally pressed "Reducing AA" on my capital, so many times I did ragequit...
Why is it irreversible?
If I accidentally press this damn button in 1933, why can't I build back my AA's even ten years later?
It has destroyed many games for me, pressing reduce Air Bases even destroyed my whole Airforce stationed in my capital.

Please remove asap - or make it selectable and working better.

I just lost another 2 hours of my life.

Hey! Having the same issue here, I really don't get why would someone use it... Perhaps if the province is about to fall in enemy hands? Why permanent then?
I'll look if there is something editable to remove it.

I agree there should be an option in the launcher to deactivate this option. Happy New Year for the IC players!
