Seduction while being homosexual

So I'm playing as homosexual character and I chose seduction focus, but I don't have any seduction option, neither with women nor men.

Pretty bad, considering that I cannot change it for another 5 years.

Do you know whether this can be a bug?

It's not a bug. You can only seduce other homosexuals of your gender. Seduction is pretty useless for gay characters.

Pope Smasher doesn't sound like a very straight name to me!

Having the seduction focus as a gay character gives you the opportunity to get events that spawn strong gay characters into your court as your lover. I think they get the quick and attractive traits like their female equivalents for straight characters.
