What path as Russia gives you the most cores around the world? I went Soviet once and got that event, but the SU was pretty bugged in Kaiserreich imo. What do you choose as normal ol' Russia to give you cores past Central Asia/Ukraine/Transamur?

I axed that SR event as it was clearly BS. At max, at least in HOI KR, you can get cores also on the land taken by the Mongolian, the Don-Kuban Union and also White Ruthenia provided they go nationalist and the Germans are feeling like being nice to Russia.
