I don't really find it quite fair that turning this off disables achievements. I am sorry if this has been answered before but why does this dumb rule exist?

Many of the execution methods are quite painful and sometimes long. I know what method is random but if you get the rights one then they should be getting the punishment they deserve.I know but sometimes they deserve more then what they get and I want to get achievements too. Example 1. Muslim nation, mother of another child kills heir so her child can become heir. I think there is some extra punishment to be dished out.
