I am not. I actually tested it, it fired in 2 minutes on top speed, while on lowest speed does not fire, same amount on days so yeah. I know about mtth bit that was not the point

Since it's random, it won't necessarily fire on the same day. Give it two or three times the mtth and it should probably fire.

Do I need a general for each stack in one battle? The battle screen show just 1 general, but just in case.

By the way micro manage general is the key to survive a hard game. And you can turn off creating new admiral, looking for legendary generals. After you get the needed legendary general, turn on auto creating leader again because leadership over 60 pts is wasted.
