Here's the story: We are currently conducting research on work satisfaction at Lund University.
In times when many companies have a hard time finding and keeping their employees, we are basically trying to learn more about what makes people across different career fields want to leave or stay at their job.
If you want to help us out by sharing your own work experiences, please consider participating. If you would like to take part you should currently be working at least part-time in Sweden or Denmark, and you should be employed by or working for a company or organization with at least 10 employees. The survey is completely anonymous, it is available in both Swedish and English and it is mobile-friendly: https://sunet.artologik.net/lu/Survey/24045/en
