Private Conversation rules?

Hi All,

I got opportunity to make private conversation, but I can use it only for some of my vassals. Is there the rule to whom I can offer it or is it randomly split between my vassals?

They have to be adults (age 16+) in the same realm, and not inaccessible.

Beyond that they also can't be afraid of you or threatened by you. I'm talking about the opinion modifiers "Afraid" and "Threatened Me."

(Note that there is a 6-month cooldown on using this decision.)

So far, the best use of this feature I've found is seducing your own wife when she's not getting knocked up quickly enough.

Be careful about doing it if she's Chaste, though. That may have... unpleasant consequences.

Are you on the most recent version of the game? When wonders/great works were first released it was bugged and did just that when clicked: nothing.

It's a feature granted by some great world - garden and a few others.

It was bugged (initially) but functions now- once every sixth months you can click it for one person inside your realm.

They either accept or not (if they are scared of you), then you get a few options which usually lead to +5 opinion-- but if you have high enough intrigue you can kill them there, and you can sometimes seduce sex appropriate characters (including your own wife).
