I bought the game today, when I started it for the first time, it opened the launcher normally, I clicked "start victoria II" and it started to run. an intro came up that shows one being created and ends up with a screen that says VICTORIA II, then it shows the background civilization of my computer and my mouse cursor looks like a clock, and it stays on this screen forever, unless I click the "windows" button and. the game through the task manager does anyone know how to solve it?
