Actually, even if Russia gets beaten, AUS/JAP/Qing/Canadian alliance will have slightly more IC and twice the size of manpower growth than us. The problem is that their alliance is probably going to lose many more divs soon.

I am here to post some screenshots from the final session of this game:
Victorious alliance - Union of Britain, Commune of France, Austria-Hungary + some AIs (Italy, Brazil)
Defeated alliance - Russia, Qing China, Japan, American Union state + some AIs (Canada, Ottoman, Australasia...)
This was the decisive encirclement. Bold panzer spearheads make use of previous breakthrough in the South and rush towards Kaluga area to cut off vast Russo-Qing-Japanese-Ottoman forces. The Internationale managed to destroy roughly 350 divs in a single month.
This development eventually forced the reactionary alliance to capitulate. All countries which were at war with the Internationale were made puppets and turned to syndicalist ideology:
Europe's map was redrawn. Russia was given back its lost territory to handle the workers's revolution there by its own, new syndicalist government.
Austria-Hungary decided to spread revolution in the former southern Germany, while Union of Britain sent its political commisars to oversee the nationalization of industry in Berlin district.
Here are some stats at the moment just before the Glorious Syndicalist Victory (more than 200 divs were just about to be destroyed):

This was not intentional. Probably caused by presence of Japanese troops in provinces of countries which I puppeted before Japan.
