Im sure theres a way to get lots of duels, but i dont know, i cant figure it out, and the mechanic shouldnt be like that. There must be a way to get more duels, or it should be updated to be better or something

Either murder a lot of people and get caught (the victim's family members become your rivals) or become Zealous and look for Excommunicated or Decadent people of your religion.
Only people with war focus duel, although i think there is a random holmgang event for norse, im not sure how it's triggered though.
